MELANIE GOLDEN ARTISAN JEWELRY RETURN POLICY
We want your Golden Story to be nothing short of delightful! That's why we go the extra mile with our Happiness Pledge. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days. Our user-friendly returns & exchanges portal makes the process a breeze.
Time Limit: Request returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Personalized items, Sale items, digital downloads, and add-ons are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have an issue with any of these items, please get in contact with us for help.
Please read over our return and shipping policies carefully and then you can begin your return in the portal HERE.
REPAIRS
Is your order damaged or broken? We’ll happily repair your pieces within 3 months of delivery.
Processing Time: 1-2 weeks plus shipping time
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or want a totally different item? Send it back and we’ll send you an exchange of your choice.

RETURNS
Didn’t absolutely love your jewelry? Send it back to us for a refund. We accept returns for new and unworn items within 30 days of your delivery date for Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund.
We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless there is a production mistake. However, your satisfaction is a priority to us and we are happy to assist with any situation. If you have any concerns please reach out to us.
For Returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returned items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging, and sent with your order invoice and Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Any items not returned in their original condition, used, damaged, or missing parts are subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
Include your original order invoice with your return. If you do not have the one that was mailed with your order it can be printed from your orders page or order confirmation email.
Return shipments should be packaged in a padded/bubble envelope or box. Do not ship your return in plain mailing or manila envelopes—this is not sufficient for protecting the jewelry during shipping and any damage will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of your return request authorization.
The following items can not be returned:
- Custom and personalized jewelry
- Final Sale / Sale items
- Digital downloads
- Add-on items
- Gift Cards
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on International orders.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our quick turn around time, we are unable to accept cancellations. Chances are, by the time you message us about cancelling an order, we've already begun the creation process. Please refer to the Returns section above for more information on how to return an item once you have received it.
SALES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer any price adjustments. No price adjustments will be made on orders for forgotten coupon codes or missed sales. Codes need to be used at the time of purchase to qualify for a discount. Thank you for your understanding!
