PROCESSING TIME
Processing time refers to the time required to make your order. Since all of our jewelry is handmade in our studio and take time to produce, our processing time is currently about 3-7 business days. Production time is subject to change with high order volume and may be longer during the holidays.

For international shipments we are not liable for any fees or taxes a package may be subject to upon crossing the border.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Before making a purchase, please check into your country's customs and duty policies. Rates for international packages and customs vary by nation, and aren’t reflected in our pricing or shipping charges.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS
Please keep in mind that transit times can vary greatly. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7 – 14 days. When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs, which is in the hands of the country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be (uncommonly) delayed up to 7 weeks.
TRACKING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA. Once a package has departed the USA, the tracking number is not always updated at each stop. When your package is outside the USA, there will sometimes be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving; it’s just moving overseas.
